Best part about it is he shares real world advice, but in a lame man’s terms methodology that many other YouTubers fail to. The conduct business professionally, with a personal touch. My girl and I were on a road trip to North CA from San Diego. Chris and his very kind wife literally met us curb side and even let me take a selfie for the aroid photo album(I know I’m not the only one with an around album.)
