Moses in the Cradle (Tradescantia Spathacea) Live Houseplant

Regular price $0.00 $28.00 Sale

Moses in the Cradle, also known as the boat lily and oyster plant, brightest and most rewarding houseplants to grow. Related to the Wandering Jew, and just as easy to grow. It has glossy, sword-shaped leaves that perk up towards the sun revealing deep green leaves with purplish-red tones below.

Keep it in its bright white, decorative planter for a stunning table accent.

CARE:

Let the sun shine in. Keep your plant in bright light year-round for bright foliage color and flowers! It will also tolerate lower light, but the leaves will be more green than purple. It also likes moisture and humidity so check the soil every couple days so that it doesn't dry out.

SHIPMENT:

Comes in a white, custom-made 6" planter. 3D printed inhouse with sustainble, plant-based materials.

Photograph above represents plants in the nursery. Appearance of delivered plant may vary depending on season.

NOTES:

There are certain risks associated with shipping live plants. While we take all precautions to make sure the plants arrive in good conditions, some transit shock is normal. To alleviate this shock, water your plant lightly upon arrival and wait at least 1 full week before transplanting it to a new container. In the event that the plant is severely damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a description of the condition of your plant upon arrival and a picture, and we will gladly mail a replacement.

*** WINTER SHIPMENTS: Buyers shipping to destinations with temperatures under 40F must also purchase a heat pack. ***
