How to Acclimate Tissue Culture Plants




  1. Rinse off agar with 80-90f water
  2. Submerge in a fungicide accurately dosed
  3. Submerge in B1, Rooting Hormone, pH’d to 5.8
  4. Transplant into a 50/50 mix of NEW Perlite AND stratum
  5. Place into humidity dome and maintain 90% humidity 
  6. Keep medium damp, but not wet. Ensuring there is NO standing water at the bottom of the container
