There are certain risks associated with shipping live plants. While we take all precautions to make sure the plants arrive in good conditions, some transit shock is normal. To alleviate this shock, water your plant lightly upon arrival, should they need it.

My Florida Ghost arrived quickly and I was even given a two hour time window the day before. It was taped to the inside of the box. Its soil was saran wrapped and covered in tape which made it difficult and messy to unpack. However, the plant looked just like its picture and arrived promptly and safely so I would definitely buy from this seller again.
It arrived and looked droopy. Potted it and it never recovered.
