Plant was dead by the time I received it. No heat pack was placed despite purchasing one during the winter. Replacement was sent but was also was damaged and again was not sent with purchased heat pack. I asked for refund but received in store credit instead.

Came as advertised. Plant was perfect. I would highly recommend this store.

Plant arrived quickly and exactly as pictured! So happy to finally have my variegated banana plant!!!

Lovely plant. Doesn’t ship well. Arrived very damaged but might still survive.

Just as described, mix up with plants bc of accidental dropping of original plant, still got a beautiful option!
