I told seller day of receiving plant that roots looked, felt rotted and we're falling off/mushy. Their garentee is say something within 48 hours. I did. I never got a email back when I mentioned issues. I then messaged seller a few days after receiving plant to tell them it was smelly, rot rooted and I would like a replacement as I notified them with in their 48 hours abouy issues. Very very unprofessional and I spent a Lot of money of this plant to have them disregard THEIR POLICY. DO NOT BUY
