The best customer service I've had on an Etsy order. They were phenomenal to deal with, looked up the weather even and planned when to ship it! They even asked if I wanted to wait for the new leaf to develop more before shipping. I gladly said yes and trusted them entirely.

Beautiful plant! Looks exactly as pictured and arrived happy and healthy. Shipping was quick, about a week in total. I upgraded my shipping to overnight, which I definitely recommend for anyone in a cold climate especially. It was well packed with no shipping damage. Heat pack was still warm too. The seller reached out to me after the plant was delivered to check in and see if everything looks good and if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this shop!
