My poor plant had its stalk broken during the trek and the leaves died off because of this.. I messaged the sellers as soon as I opened the package and noticed. I haven't received any help with issue yet, but I'm remaining hopeful since they've been so nice. Update: this shop is great!! You can tell they really care. They found a replacement for me and I'm so grateful!
